The Holidays are Here!

The holidays are my favorite time of year and I'm so happy they are here! The picture on the bottom is Ava on Thanksgiving and the top three pictures are from our Christmas tree cutting adventure. I'm so excited for Ava's first Christmas.

So last night I went in to check on Ava before I went to bed and she was snuggling with her sock monkey, it was so cute!

Well I have been doing a lot of fun things the last couple of weeks, including being able to pull myself up to standing. Here are some pictures of me in action.

Fun at the Park

There is a park right down the street from our new house. The weather has been getting cooler at night so mom and dad took me to play on all the fun big toys.

Boating Fun

Our best friends bought a patio boat and we all went out on the lake last week. Ava had a blast, I have a feeling she is going to be a water baby just like her dad.

New Fur Babies

We have new doggies!!!! We decided that our charlie needed some buddies so we got two more Lhasa Apsos. Their names are Pancho and Lefty (for all of you Willie Nelson fans).

Water Baby

Well as you all know Redding gets very hot during the summer time, so today mom and I went up to Old Papa's house to go swimming with my auntie Katie, uncle Danny and my cousins Taylor and Lillian. We had a blast, and don't worry everybody mom did make sure to put a lot of sunscreen on me.

Solids

Well the doc gave mom the go-ahead to start me on solids, here are some pictures of my first taste of rice cereal, mmmmmm.

Our New House

So we bought a new house and I wanted to post some pictures of our progress so far. We love our new house, it feels so good to finally be "home owners". Our favorite thing to do right now is sit on the back patio and relax and just take it all in. We are looking forward to all of the fun memories we are going to have here, especially Ava's first halloween because now we have a good neighborhood to go trick-or-treating in. I am 6 months old!!!

Wow have these last six months have flown by!! I have been having so much fun with my mom and dad! I'm starting to learn how to crawl and we just moved into a new house (those pictures are still to come). These are some pictures from my six months photo shoot, I think was born to model, mom thinks so also.

Sippy Cup Time!

Well mom finally bought me my very own sippy cup. She figured I was ready because I am always wanting to take drinks of her water but I always make a mess.
I can't quite figure out to use it on my own yet so I need mom to help me out a little. I'm sure in no time I will be able to do it by myself though because as you all know I am quite the over achiever.

Let's try this out

Well I've been wanting to create a blog so that our family can keep up with our little girl. So here it goes!!! This is my wonderful family. I love my husband he is my best friend and a wonderful father. Our wonderful daughter Ava graced our lives on January 8th, the best day ever! God is good and life is wonderful.
